Solid pine bookcase in a painted finish.

The book case below was designed for a specific purpose. There is a radiator behind the base cabinets on the right hand side, this is why the open grilles were used in the doors for ventilation. The doors on the left hand side were made in the same way for symmetry.
The top book shelf section has adjustable shelves and decorative fluting and architrave blocks. This is a freestanding piece which was manufactured in five pieces and reassembled into a single large bookcase on delivery.
The unit has been handpainted using Dulux 'White Jasmine' paints, the knobs were stained in a 'Dark Oak' stain. Please click on the smaller closeup picture (at bottom of page) for a detail view of the elaborate mouldings and the architrave.

This bookcase is very large at nine foot wide and seven and a half feet tall, all sizes are possible.
