A solid pine bookcase, waxed and lacquered finish.
The pine bookcase below is
more decorative than the standard bookcases produced.
It features a wide frame running from top to bottom with
vertical beading, a 'two step' large cornice and a highly
detailed and profiled base. The base plinth is cut away
in well proportioned curves. It has five fixed shelves
of equal height.
The bookcase has been finished in an 'Antique Pine' woodstain
and oversprayed with two-part AC lacquers. Acid catylised
lacquers (AC) are very durable and are very resistant
to heat, water and yellowing.
